Visa with different validity is at difference price from USD25 to USD100.  Tourists need to prepare valid passport and 2 passport photos, as well as some USD cashes in advance.

How to get to Kathmandu from the border
Gyirong is the border between Tibet, China and Nepal. Arriving at Gyirong Border, you just go through the formalities of China Customs and apply for your Nepali visa before you land Nepal. There are buses to Kathmandu. Suggest you depart from China in the morning, then you can arrive at Kathmandu at night.

The better option is to hire a vehicle from Nepali immigration area. A ride to Kathmandu takes about 10 hours due to the bumpy road. And if you need we could ask our partner in Nepal side to pick you up at the border and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu which needs early reservation.
