Our family of four just completed a 8 day tour with TCT. Janet helped organize a fantastic itinerary that was flexible and accommodating for our 75 year old mother. We loved the cable car up to the Great wall and Xi'an City wall. Yuyuan Gardens, the trip up the Pearl Tower and all the temples were breathtaking sites. The Capital Hotel in Beijing and Ramada Hotel in Xi'an were very good and the breakfasts diverse and tasty. Every lunch was an taste adventure and we loved the Beijing peking Duck dinner. The guides were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our guide, Summer, in Xi'an very much. Thank you for an extremely enjoyable and memorable tour! Outstanding!!!

I contacted Top China travel for a 13 day China vacation (Beijing/Xian/Yangtze River cruise/Shanghai) and right from the start Bonnie provided me with great choices and package options. Throughout the entire planning and even during the trip Bonnie was there for us following up and making sure everything was perfect. Thank you Bonnie for making our China vacation unforgettable.

This is a must to do when you are in Beijing. It's not crowded with tourists. The The food is good but the same of all tours in China. The guide was friendly but his English was very bad, sometimes you couldn't understand a thing what he said. The communication with the company was good.

We chose TCT for an 11 day/10 night private guided tour trip through Beijing, Xi'an, Guilin, Yangshuo, and Shanghai. Janet helped us plan and finalize the itinerary for our trip via email and phone communication and was very accommodating and helpful during the entire process. She also kept in contact with us throughout the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction. For the city guides, we had Merry in Beijing, Christina in Xi'an, Ji in Guilin/Yangshuo, and Leo and Sara in Shanghai. Each of our guides were helpful and informative and made sure that our needs were met along the way, and all of them were flexible with any last-minute requests or issues that came up. Special mention also for our driver Mr. Ai in Beijing who always made sure that we had water and that we got to our destinations on time regardless of the traffic situation, and likewise with Ms. Luo in Shanghai. Our trip overall was very action-packed and we were able to see almost everything planned on our schedule including some last-minute inserted locations which was a plus. We had a great time visiting on our first trip to China, and would recommend TCT for anyone looking to looking to plan their own trip there.

The scenes were amazing. The boat was air conditioned, food was mediocre. A four hour tour that didn't disappoint. A short walk to the hotel.

We selected TCT to help us with our China trip. They delivered what they promised. They were there at every step. We took their help in Beijing and then again in Guilin. In Guilin, they had a personal trip for us. They really provided value. We are vegetarians and the options they provided were great. Lauren, our guide in Guilin knew every aspect of information and was very honest and the kids enjoyed her candid remarks. We were a family of four with our sons 26 and 24. At times, the four days of trip with someone constantly with you got a little too much as we wanted to have private family time but they were always understanding and accommodated us.

Tour developer Yocky and tour guide Leo did a great job introducing me to these 2 cities. I loved the Acrobatic Show and also the night boat ride on the Huangpu. The skyline of Shanghai is a riot of color and movement at night! And the gardens! Leo's English was very clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated his willingness to "open up" and tell me a little bit about his family, his life, his history, his routine. I would recommend a private tour with a guide and driver and if you're in Shanghai ask for Leo to be your guide!

Top China Tour-Joyce Tang was our tour coordinator and I can only have praises for her professionalism, her attention to details, and accommodations to make our lifelong dream of visiting china a memorable experience. Joyce listened to our needs and made recommendations and tailored the tour to fit our schedule. We spent 9 days visiting Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. The daily schedule was perfect which allowed us to see all the highlights as well as enough time to spend on our own to explore the local culture. I would not hesitate to contact Joyce for our next trip to China.

We have just returned from a very satisfying trip to China. One of the highlights was the lovely city of Guilin. We had no idea that this would be such a pleasant spot in which to stroll around and enjoy the bridges and walkways. The temperature was comfortable and we felt at home walking around the park, footbridges, and along the lakes. Helen and Jim from Canada

I come from Poland and I visited China with a 60 pax group to China last month. Janet was in charge of all the arrangement of our group in China. She stayed with our group throughout our stay and she was with us to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. She was very helpful and all the arrangement was very well and especially in emergency situations - someone got lost, missing luggage The entire stay in China was wonderfull. I hope it shortly to come back here with my family :-) I am pleased to recommend to everyone Top China Travel and Janet’s service . Rich55

I can't recommend this company enough!!I started talking to Yocky via the chat system on their website, as we wanted to do a 2.5 week trip around China. Our itinerary was:Shenzhen-Beijing-Xian-Kunming-Dongchuan-Chengdu-Guilin-SanyaHere's how things went:1) She was instant in her replies and responded to subsequent emails within the hour (and trust me, I sent A LOT of emails). She was always so thorough and efficient.2) She made us a tailor made trip that covered everything we wanted, including some slightly more off the beaten track attractions.3) She helped us keep to our budget and suggested reasonable things we could cut out when things were too expensive (not something many companies would do as they are trying to make a quick buck).4) She listened to all of our requests for things such as early morning flights, vegetarian food, and readjusting itineraries.5) All our drivers and guides were EXCELLENT; they were prompt, kind, spoke excellent English and had a wealth of knowledge about all the sites we saw. All the cars on our private tours were nice and comfortable and had water.6) Despite asking for 3* hotels, all 7 hotels we stayed in seemed like 4* to us and all included breakfast.7) With such a large and complicated trip there were bound to be a few hiccups (e.g. there was a marathon in Xian one day which meant a lot of roads were closed, so we couldn't access sites). Yocky was in touch with us the entire time and helped us rearrange our plans quickly and ordered complimentary tickets to a show to make up for the inconvenience.We were so nervous about our first trip to China as we speak no mandarin and are strict vegetarian but honestly this was one of the best trips of our life; this company made it so easy for us and I really can't imagine having been able to do it myself any better!

I had such a wonderful time on this very well scheduled and prepared tour! I got to see so many amazing sights and I loved every minute of it. The friendly and helpful guides has made this trip most memorable for me. They was the best tour guides I could have imagined. They made me feel save, guided, comfortable, informed, and interested in our daily scheduled tours. They are professionals who is in tune with his clients interests at all times and could introduce all the places of interest and various landmarks to me at the same time. I will remember this trip forever, thanks a lot! Being in a private tour I could spend more time in the places that I liked and did not feel me rushed. Thanks for the well-planned hotel where I slept were lovely and at breakfast the food were freshly made and delicious. This is a very professional and well-organised tour, it made me feel like I am having friends bring me around to show me the sights, history and culture of your wonderful Country. It was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Top China Travel Tour Operator to anyone who wants to explore China. The 8 of us just returned from an amazing trip to Beijing, Xi’an, Lhasa, Chengdu and Shanghai. I must admit we were a bit nervous, organizing the trip from afar. However Lily Li from TCT was in constant communication with me, answering all my queries with professionalism. We had exceptional tour guides and drivers all the way. The service ran like clockwork yet allowed flexibility in what we wanted. We are thrilled with our experience and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who are looking for small group tour, flexibility and good value for money. Thank you Lily from TCT.
