The professional service and arrangements exceeded our expectations. Although we travelled during Chinese autumn holiday and places were crowded, the tour was very pleasant and very well organized. As a Swiss living and working in China, I am very impressed by the diversity and beauty of this country. We have booked several tours with Top China Travel Guilin Tracy (Xi'an, Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou, Huanlong, Zhangjiejie, Guilin) and everything went very smooth from the beginning to the end of our journey. The places we have visited were all super nice and people super friendly.

For my recent trip to China I used 'Top China Travel' to book and arrange for my private tour of three different cities in China; Shanghai, Xi'an, and Dunhuang. In each place I was met by a guide who spoke English and a driver. The agency booked all the accommodation, fights, and an itinerary which included the best tourist attractions in each city and two meals a day. My guides Larry, Miki, and Caroline not only showed me the cultural sites, they also explained the local customs, food and lifestyles. I stayed in great hotels, in fantastic locations in each city. I loved the food, people and saw some amazing sites. the whole trip seamed effortless for me and on my next trip to China I will use this agency to book my tour, I highly recommend Vicky Lu as your travel agent.

I contacted TCT TopChinaTravel Guellin for my trip to china, the travel consultant "Raylene" is very proffesional, she make every things easy and possible, also.she helps us to prepare a rich and comprehensive program. Also it is very reactive whatever by mail or by other means of communication.
The welcome at the airport was perfect as all visits mentioned in our trip programme. Their prices are very competitive too. I strongly recommend to choose this agency.

We used Top China Travel for a 6 day Beijing City Tour and Badaling Great Wall Tour and we must say we were very impressed! Our tour guide Tina was very fluent in English and did a very good job of explaining the significance behind the various historical sites and attractions. As a vegetarian family, they were able to arrange a vegetarian lunch on both days for us. The only issue we had was that they only provided us two hours on the Great Wall which we realized was not adequate enough, given the huge crowd that visits the Badaling section of the wall. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend Top China Travel to anyone visiting China!

I went on a Top China Travel group tour. Everything was so well organised that I never had to worry about anything. I really liked that the group was small and it felt like we were a big group of old-friends all travelling together, not just a passenger on the bus. Every hotel, guide, driver and restaurant was very well picked. I was very happy with how well-informed each guide was, how flexible they were to ensure we all had a great time, and their English was all very good. At every step of the way, guides had us fill in a Top China Travel feedback form which I am certain the company take very seriously since their service was so good. I will be passing on their details to all my friends and family who want to travel in China.

I enjoyed my trip to China thanks to my tour guides; Angela in Beijing and Waiting in Shanghai. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable about their particular cities and were able to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't have taken so many great pictures if it weren't for my tour guides and them advising me on great picture moments. With both Angela and Waiting, it felt like I was touring China with good friends; which was great since I went on this trip solo. I will definitely book with TCT next time I visit China. Thank you for making my first vacation abroad memorable.

Rebecca Wei of Top China Travel (TCT) did a fantastic job in arranging our six-city group tour to China. She flawlessly planned from beginning to end our entire tour itinerary, meet-and-greet at airport, hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, air conditioning coach with driver and guide at each city. Everything ran like clock work. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at each city and felt at ease because we knew that Rebecca had already made all the arrangements for us. The visit to the tea plantation and the tea processing was interesting and educational. The river cruise in Guilin was mesmerizing. Several members of our group said they will contact Rebecca again to arrange for their next vacation to China.

We did a private tour of Beijing and the Mutianyu portion of the Great Wall in October. The company seamlessly put together the tour for us (graciously making changes to accommodate our preferences) without any problems. All the staff I dealt with (Joyce as the organizer and Sisi as the tour guide) was absolutely fantastic. Very kind and knowledgeable people who goes out of their way to make suggestions to ensure the most amazing experience you could possibly have. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone wanting to travel to China. Truly an amazing company!

We booked our trip with Top China Travel a private tour and was amazing experience. We were 4 people , just ladies. It was very well organized, our Spanish guides in the different cities very good especially Leon in Xian, the best. They were very knowledgeable and took care of us. Every time we went to another city, they didn't leave us until the check-in at the different airports. Our agent Raylene did an excellent job, organizing our trip, she was on top of everything. Thanks Raylene for our unforgettable vacation.

This is not a review of the Guilin Day Tour, but of the transportation services TCT was able to arrange for me in the remote Sichuan Province for HuangLong Scenic Area and Jiuzhaigou Valley. I didn't have a need for a tour service, but I wanted to make arrangements for transportation in this remote area because I was travelling solo and wanted to make the most of my time. TCT was able to arrange transport for me from HuangLong JiuZhai Airport (JZH) to HuangLong; the driver waited for me while I hiked in the HuangLong Scenic Area (3-4 hours) and then transported me to my hotel in Jiuzhaigou. As arranged, a driver to met me at the airport with my name on a sign and then drove me to HuangLong, waited and then drove me to Jiuzhaigou. I was able to pay in advance with Paypal. This area has lots of mountains, valleys, small villages, and not a lot of public transportation. What a fantastic service! My hotel in Jiuzhaigou was not set up to make these kinds of transportation arrangements. I can't say enough about how professional this organization is. All of my questions via email were answered quickly. I had complete confidence in Maggie Qin, the Sales Representative that made all the arrangements. She included her phone number in our correspondence in case I need to get in touch with her in China. This came in very handy because my Chinese is limited and the driver's English was even more limited. He was able to call Maggie and confirm exactly the agenda for the day. Really, I am blown away by the customer service at TCT.

My wife and I booked a private tour with Top China Travel for 6 days , From the outset the help we got from TCT was first class and Joyce our representative in China answered all our questions and tailored the tour accordingly . On arrival at Beijing airport the guide Venus and driver Mr Howe were there to meet us and take us to our very comfortable hotel which TCT had arranged. The second day we visited the Great Wall which was fantastic. Neil the guide for this trip was knowledgeable and very informative and later in the day we wandered around the beautiful Summer Palace at leisure. The Forbidden City with Venus our lovely guide was incredible as was meeting local people in the Hutong and market. A trip to Xi An to see the Terracotta Warriers taking the bullet train from Beijing was incredible travelling at 306 kilometres an hour. Comfortable and spotless taking just 4hr 20min to cover 1,200 Kms . Again when we arrived in Xi An station our guide Vincy and the driver Mr Toa were there to meet us and take us to our hotel. The next morning our car driver and guide took us to the Buddhist Pagoda in Xi An the first to be built in China, Very Interesting and so peaceful. The terracotta warriors were incredible, a massive site with five pits. We cannot thank Top China Tours enough for helping us to have an experience of a life time and we recommend them unreservedly. I did this tour with my wife and our adult son in early February - in fact it was Chinese New Year's eve day. We enjoyed it. We did the three star version and were impressed with how easy the guide on the tour bus made it for us. She was attentive and her English was great. The three star boats are remarkably comfortable. We were expecting wooden benches, but the cabin was carpeted, well appointed, and very comfortable. We spent much of the trip on the deck looking at the scenery of the Karst Mountain Formations, which was pretty incredible. At the end of the trip, our guide offered another smaller river cruise that included a cave, but we chose to go off on our own. We rented scooters and had fund going out to see the huge Banyan tree outside of town. Our guide had given us clear instructions on how to find the hotel where the bus picked us up on time for a drive of a couple of hours back to Guilin.
