There is only one train (K367) from Xian to Dunhuang. It departs at 10:27 am and takes 22 hours and 11 minutes before arriving at Dunhuang Station the next day morning at 08:38. You should get on the train at Xian Train Station and get off at Dunhuang Train Station. Ticket fare is CNY 206 for standard seat, 377 for sleeper, 578 for comfortable sleeper.
