Nalati Grassland is located in the hinterland of Tianshan Mountain and at the eastern end of Ili River Valley. Nalati Grassland, located in xinyuan county, Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang, is a well-preserved and typical mountain meadow in the middle of Tianshan Mountain. Nalati Grassland is one of the most beautiful grasslands in China, which attracts many tourists to visit it every year. There are not only rich pastures here, but also large areas of snow spruce. Walking on the grassland is like being in a natural oxygen bar, which makes people relaxed and happy.

Nalati is mainly divided into three regions: Grassland in the Air, Panlong Valley Road and Valley Grassland. The grasslands at Nalati will satisfy all your imagination of Xinjiang grassland and you will know about the nomadic life in Xinjiang.

From the beginning of May, the Nalati grassland gradually turns green, and May to July is the best time to visit the Nalati Grassland. Viewing Platforms in Nalati Grassland

Tianying Viewing Platform

Tianying Viewing Platform(Sky Eagle Viewing Platform) is one of the hiking routes in the Nalati Grassland, which is also the highest point of the forest park, with an altitude of 1,800 meters. At the Tianying Viewing Platform, you can walk across the virgin forest to breathe the best air. You can reach the Eagle Cyclone and overlooks the grassland from the eagle's perspective after climbing 2,749 steps. Every year in May, June and July, flocks of eagles hover in the valley for food. Then it becomes the world of eagles, hence the name.
 

Tianjie Viewing Platform

Tianjie Viewing Platform is the watershed between valley grassland and alpine grassland. Here you can walk along the wooden plank road and climb to the highest place of the Tianjie Viewing Platform. Standing here, you can have a panoramic view of Grassland in the Air and the valley grassland.
 

Heavenly God Viewing Platform

Heavenly God Viewing Platform, also known as Snow Lotus Valley, is a beautiful place in Nalati Grassland with blue sky, white clouds and the snow-capped mountains. It is also named Snow Lotus Valley because it looks like a blooming snow lotus when it is overlooked. With an altitude of 3,000 meters, it is holy in people’s eyes. Snow provides a pleasant environment for the growth of snow lotus. In July and August every year, snow lotus are blooming and beautiful.

Dragon Rising From the Sea Viewing Platform, also known as Jiaolongchuhai Viewing Platform, is a hilltop slope in Panlong Valley, and also the highest point reached by Panlong Huanshan Road. Know about the Nomadic Life in Xinjiang

The Kazakhs are a nomadic people whose existence is centered around livestock. Changing Pastures is an important part of Kazakh herdsmen's daily life. Kazakhs people respect life, nature and lives in harmony with the nature. In the nomadic life of Kazakh nomadic life, changing pastures, group grazing and controlled grazing reflect the ecological wisdom of rational development and sustainable utilization.

Duku Highway

Duku Highway runs through the middle section of Tianshan Mountain, starting from Dushanzi area in the north and reaching Kuqa City in the south, with a total length of 563 kilometers. Duku Highway is one of the most popular destinations in Xinjiang with breathtaking scenery alongside. Duku Highway is open for several months every year. Kindly reminder, please pay attention to yourselves when crossing the Duku Highway.

Kindly reminder, June to August is the peak season of Xinjiang. There will be many cars on the roads and you may need to wait for some while in popular attractions. While Xinjiang is also most beautiful during this time if you prefer the lush grasslands and forests in Xinjiang.
