Zhangjiajie is a small city in the west of Hunan province, and it is divided into 4 parts, Wulingyuan district, Yongding district, Cili county and Sangzhi county.
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is located at Wulingyuan district, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is in the west of Cili county, close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen, and Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park is Yongding district, close to Zhangjiajie Airport.

Zhangjiajie Railway Station, Zhangjiajie Bus Station and Zhangjiajie Airport are located in Yongding district, Zhangjiajie Bus Station is only 700 meters away from Zhangjiajie Railway Station, and bus is the first choice for most tourists to get around in Zhangjiajie.
How to get to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park from Airport/Railway Station?
From Zhangjiajie Railway Station, you could walk 700 meters to Zhangjiajie Bus Station, and take tourist bus to the front gate or Wulingyuan gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. From Zhangjiajie Bus Station to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park by bus, the whole journey about 45 min, and the earliest bus leaves to Zhangjiajie Park at 06:00 AM, and the last bus gets back to Zhangjiajie Bus Station at 21:00 PM. The bus fare for a single journey is about 12 yuan.
From Zhangjiajie Airport, first you need to take airport shuttle bus or take public bus to Zhangjiajie Bus Station, and then take tourist bus to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
Whether you arrive Zhangjiajie from Zhangjiajie Railway Station, and Zhangjiajie Airport, you could go to Zhangjiajie Bus Station and take direct bus to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. The journey takes about 1 hour, and bus fare is about 20 yuan per person.
If you are in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, you could go to Wulingyuan Bus Station(35 km, 1 hour and 12 yuan), and take bus from Wulingyuan to the Grand Canyon(27 km, 40 min and 12 yuan).
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park is about 7 km from Zhangjiajie Railway Station, you could walk 350 meters to the bus stop and take bus No. 5 , or take taxi to Tianmen Mountain.
Zhangjiajie Airport is 10 km away from Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, and it is within 20 min of driving. From Zhangjiajie Airport, you may take airport shuttle bus to Zhangjiajie Railway Station, then take bus No. 5 to Tianmen Mountain.
