1.Yuyuantan Park —— Cherry Blossoms

Yuyuantan Park is one of the largest parks in Beijing, and also the best place to see cherry blossoms in Beijing. Each year, there will be a “Flower Admiring Festival” in Yuyuantan Park in spring, for appreciating those beautiful cherry blossoms.


As the most famous spot in Yuyuantan Park, the Cherry Garden has about 2,000 cherry trees imported from Japan, it is the biggest cherry garden in China.

2.Beijing Botanical Garden —— Peach Blossoms

Beijing Botanical Garden is mainly famous for peach blossoms, it holds the Peach Blossom Festival during March and May each year. There are more than 6,000 peach trees inside the Peach Garden, with the most species of peach blossoms in the world.


Additionally, there are also Peony Garden, Chinese Rose Garden, Magnolia Garden, Clove Garden and plenty more gardens for you to explore.

3.Jingshan Park —— Peonies

Jingshan Park is known as the backyard of the Forbidden City. Each year between mid-April to late May, it’s the Peony Festival in Jingshan Park, which attracts a lot of tourists from China and the world.


The Peony garden is filled with almost 20,000 peonies, bringing together 569 varieties at home and abroad. Here you can see some famous and rare species, such as Luoyang peony, Heze peony, and Gansu peony.

4.Fenghuangling Nature Park —— Apricot Blossoms

Fenghuangling Nature Park is a great place for you to admire apricot blossoms in Beijing. Every year from late March to late April, hills and valleys inside Fenghuangling Nature Park will be covered with lots of apricot blossoms, from white to pink. You’d better go there earlier to get away from the crowds.

5.Zhongshan Park —— Tulips
