My flight will arrive at 4:30 am in the early morning in Shanghai Pudong Airport (need to claim luggage afterwards), then need to transfer to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to catch up my next flight, which will take off at 7:20 am, and I need to obtain the boarding pass have my luggage checked in Hongqiao Airport. So I need to know the fastest transfer way from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Airport, in case that I miss my flight. I can not change my flight as I have already issued the air ticket.
