I am Hearing Impaired person from India. I travelled to China with my Russian travel companion Ms Svetlana Smirnova from 4 April to 10 April 2025. We started planning 3 months in advance with help of Merry Liao, Manager at Top China Travels. Merry is such a kind hearted and helpful person. She micro managed our Shanghai-Hongkong-Beijing tailor-made trip with great detail. She was available to us on email and WhatsApp all the time. She patiently replied to all our queries and even went beyond and booked a hotel for us in Hongkong even though TCT does not have arrangement with RAMADA Harbour View. She provided us tour guides at Shanghai and Beijing with private vehicles. All these people are very knowledgeable and possess a treasure of information. They surprised us by communicating in a mix of written as well as sign language. Also the accomodation was excellent and at convenient locations. Food and beverages were delicious and above par. We really enjoyed our China trip because of Merry and our tour guides Ryan and Lui. We returned home with a beautiful souvenir of memories all thanks to Merry and her team at Top China Travels. Many smiles and a lot of love from Amol and Svetlana.
