Where to stay in Shenzhen and Guangzhou?

Huaqiangbei/Futian CBD and Dongmen/Luohu/Shenzhen station are the two most prosperous districts in Shenzhen.
 

In Guangzhou, Yuexiu and Liwan district are good choice to stay.
