TCT accepts wire transfer, credit card and Paypal payments. Detailed information and steps please see below:
We now accept Paypal for payment, the safe and convenient payment method that millions of online buyers and sellers prefer for online business. TopChinaTravel accepts this tool of payment to give our customers more flexibility, security and guaranteed mutual benefits. If you choose Paypal, you are required to pay an extra 3.5 % of the total amount as the handling fee.Our Paypal account is: firstname.lastname@example.org We will email you and confirm your booking after we receive the confirmation from our Paypal account.

By choosing this way, the client will receive a Credit Card Authorization Form sent through e-mail. Then he/she should fill out the form, then fax it to +86 773 282 5305 or scan and email it back to us with a copy of both sides of their credit card. Please note that a handling fee is charged by banks for every transaction. The amount is varied from bank to bank. Hence, besides the invoiced price, an extra 3% will be charged as the handling fee for credit card payment.
By choosing this way, the client should make a copy of the bank transaction receipts or stubs after transfer and fax it to us at 86-773-2805303 or scan and email it to us. Once we have received the transaction receipts or stubs, we will proceed to secure the booking. The bank information and the corresponding account are listed as follow:

3.After you send us the payment please inform your TCT sales representative, the necessary information including:
What is the Money Transfer Control Number? (MTCN, the bank will give you after the procedure)
What is remitter’s first name, last name, and middle name?
What is the EXACT dollar amount sent?
What is the date to sent the money?
4.Once we have received your payment, we will acknowledge you timely.
1.It is necessary to offer us remitter’s (the person who is dealing the remitting procedure practically) first name, last name, and middle name separately because of the strict receiving procedure.
2.You will be responsible for all Western Union handling fees. Therefore, please confirm the total payment amount with the local Western Union before you transfer the money.

Condition of Deposit & Final Payment
Early bookings refer to bookings made more than 45 days before the departure date. A deposit of 35% of the total tour fare is due if you make an early booking. The balance (65%) will be charged when TopChinaTravel confirms your booking. The deadline for full payment will be 15 days prior to departure date from your country. You are requested to fax a copy of the bank transaction receipts or stubs to 0086-773-2805303 to ensure the booking. If the payment is by credit card, please fill out the TCT on-line Credit Card Authorization Form. If your payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be subject to cancellation.
Late bookings refers to bookings made within 45 days of the departure date, and are subject to availability. A late booking will only be taken with full payment. The deadline for full payment will be 15 days prior to departure date from your country. You are requested to fax a copy of bank transaction receipts or stubs to 0086-773-2805303 to secure the booking. If the payment is by credit card, please fill out a TCT on-line Credit Card Authorization Form. If your payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be subject to cancellation.
For hotel booking for Canton Trade Fair or other special events, full payment of the total tour fare is due once you confirm the booking.
Please note that the balance due date will appear on your invoice and NO REMINDER for settlement will be sent. Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
