When Should I Apply for Chinese Visa?

It is recommended that you apply for your Chinese visa 30 days before your entry, but not 3 months earlier. How Long Can I Get My Chinese Visa?

Generally speaking, if your application materials are complete and meet the requirements of the Visa Center, it takes 4 working days to get your Chinese visa.


 

How to Understand the Chinese Visa

Enter Before

Enter before refers to the valid time range of the visa holder. Without special indication by the visa issuing authority, the visa shall take effect from the date of issuance and expire at 24: 00 Beijing time on the day when the entry expires.
 

Entries

Entries refers to the number of times that the visa holder can enter China within the period of Enter Before.
 

Duration of Each Stay after Entry

Duration of Each Stay after Entry refers to the time limit that the visa holder is allowed to stay in China after each entry, counting from the day after his/her entry. 

Please note that as long as entries remain, the visa holder can go to China with this visa at any time before the expiry date (before 24: 00 Beijing time on the expiry date). The holder's stay in China shall not exceed the duration of each stay.
