Bailong elevator is located in the World Heritage Site Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area, and is jointly established by Beijing Bailong Green Technology Enterprise Corporation and British Floyd Co., Ltd. The Bailong elevator was started in September 1999. It was completed and put into trial operation in April 2002. The main equipment of the elevator was researched and produced by the German Rangger International Elevator Company, costing 180 million yuan.
