What currencies can i use to pay for China tour packages? Are your prices in USD?

Second, you are adviced to pay in USD, but you could also pay in AUD, CAD, Sterling, Euro, etc. No matter what currencies you choose to pay for the price, you should know that there is an exchange rate between currencies, and the conversion shall be made at the exchange rate on the date of payment. 

Third, about how to pay,you could pay by Paypal, credit card, wire transfer, and wester union.
