I am in Hong Kong now. I want to have a one day tour from Hong Kong to Macau by ship. But I do not know from which pier I should get aboard and how can I get to the pier. Could you give me some advice?

Dear Ali,

Thanks for contacting Top China Travel

Normally, there are two piers in Hong Kong, from which you can get aboard to Macau, the Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan and Tsim Sha Tsui pier In Harbour City (also known as the China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui). Both piers are easily reached by MTR in Hong Kong.

To get to the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan, you can get on MTR and get off at Sheung Wan Station, then get out through Exit D and walk forward for 10 minutes. You can’t miss it.

To get to the Tsim Sha Tsui pier In Harbour City, you can take a taxi to get there in Hong Kong. Or you can take MTR and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui Station, then get out through Exit A1. Walk for 10 minutes and you can not miss it.
