Arrival Tianjin
Arrive in Tianjin. Be met and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

120 kilometers southeast of Beijing, Tianjin is lying in the northeast of North China Plain. It is a municipality in China which is dominated directly by the Central Government. Historical changes in the past 600 years have made Tianjin a unique city with a mixture of ancient and modern in both Chinese and Western styles. You will see a real China among its buildings and peoples. Tianjin is regarded as a bright pearl on the Beijing-Tianjin itinerary.

Day 2

Tianjin
After breakfast, you will have a whole-day city tour for Shi's Courtyard, Tianhou Palace which is a representative folklore place of Tianjin and then the symbolic Tianjin TV Tower.

Shi's Courtyard, the No. 1 Residence of North China located in Yangliuqing Ancient Town, was the old residence of Shi Yuanshi, the fourth son of Shi Wancheng, one of the top eight richest in Tianjin during the Qing Dynasty. It was called as the 'First Residence of North China'. Now it is open as Folklore Museum of Yangliuqing.

The famous Tianhou Palace, the only palace for Matsu, is a Goddess of sea for fishmen. Tianjin is the center of Matsu culture in north China. The saying of 'having the Goddess Temple first and then Tianjin City itself' proves the important position of the Matsu culture in the development of civilization of Tianjin.

Tianjin TV Tower is the only tower stands on the water and is a good place for sightseeing, food tasting, entertainment and broadcasting and television. It is the second high tower in China.

4. All entrance fees to scenic spots as shown in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by local tour guides based on the local circumstances which are beyond the control of TopChinaTravel. TCT will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.
