►Hairui Tomb: Hairui Tomb is one of the "Eight Sceneries" of Haikou. It has become a famous place of interest known as "Yue Dong Zheng Qi" (the integrity and upright). Hairui, the famous official in Ming dynasty, was born in Qiongshan and was known as "Hai Qingtian" (which means incorruptible official). It has an area of 7.4 acre and all the architectures around this tomb form a solemn, simple and unsophisticated style. It was completely built by granites, with a round top, six-angled base, a height of 3 meters, and a reducing size from up to down, thus it looks like an ancient bell.
Autumn is cool and comfortable with occasional overcast and rainy weather in Haikou. The average temperature is about 24.7℃ ~ 30.7℃ in Haikou's autumn.

►Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden: It is a good place to get touch with this exotic experience. It was built in 1957 and covers an area of 0.4 square kilometers. It possesses more than 1200 plant species such as coffee, pepper, cocoa, and dragon trees. It is regarded as a hot destination and furthermore dedicated to issues related to botany and environmental protection in cooperation with agricultural authorities in China. Featuring all sorts of plants, including coffee, pepper, cocoa, durians, mangosteen, Antiaris Toxicaria, this garden domesticates tropical plants around the world and thus embodies a harmonious picture with plants.
Winter is dry but not very cold in Haikou. It has the average temperature of 17.7℃ ~ 23.0℃, which is higher than other places.

►Five Official Temple: This temple is an attractive and intriguing Ming Dynasty construction dedicated to five officials who were banished to Hainan during the Tang Dynasty for criticism of the government in their work. The main building is the Wugong temple housing life like statues of the five officials and known as the first building of Hainan. Today, this is a pretty temple in a tropical setting, surrounded by ponds filled with lilies, winding bridges and exotic palm trees. The highly respected Song Dynasty poet, Su Dongpo, is also commemorated here.
