Rebecca Wei of Top China Travel (TCT) did a fantastic job in arranging our six-city group tour to China. She flawlessly planned from beginning to end our entire tour itinerary, meet-and-greet at airport, hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, air conditioning coach with driver and guide at each city. Everything ran like clock work. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at each city and felt at ease because we knew that Rebecca had already made all the arrangements for us. The visit to the tea plantation and the tea processing was interesting and educational. The river cruise in Guilin was mesmerizing. Several members of our group said they will contact Rebecca again to arrange for their next vacation to China.

We planned a family trip around China with people joining and leaving during the journey as they had to go back to work. Going the first time to China we decided to book trough an agency to simplify things from our side. We contacted several agencies asking for an offer. TCT was by far the first one to in the most professional way, so we went with them. After 3 weeks of travelling with them I can fully recommend this company when travelling in China.
Especially our consultant, Vicky of whom we just can speak highly of, did a great job with managing to get all things together always on time and the way we wanted it. If there was an issue we could contact her at any time and we could be sure that she will get it done, somehow.
Note: WeChat used to prove very useful when travelling around and get in touch with guides etc.
Thank you TCT Team for organizing this great family holiday.

Wonderful time in Beijing Cian and Shanghai for a ten day period. Covered the Great Wall in Beijing, Terracotta Warriors in Cian and the Bund in Shanghai. Also visited the Silk Factory, Muslim Street, French area and a Cultural Show (which was great and should not be missed) and also a Private Garden. The Tour Guides and Drivers went to great lengths to make us visit as memorable as possible and attending to us round the clock.

I booked my flights without a tour thinking I could do it on my own. I soon realised it was not so easy as I thought. Top Travel China were a good option for booking a tour. Vicky helped with hotels, tours on our own (2 of us) and joining group tours. She arranged picking us up and dropping us off in luxury vehicles (Except the groups tours, which were in the normal not so great vans). The experience was awesome. Do be clear if you prefer spending more time in the village areas rather than the cities, but Vicky booked some awesome tours with some great guides, Annie in particular. A great service I have to say and what a fabulous trip.

Janet Chan of TCT organized a fantastic trip that started at the Dongxi border crossing with Vietnam into Nanning, the Chenyang Bridge with the Dong minority people. Then we went on to the Longji Rice Terraces with the Ping An Zhuang minority. Overall these first few days were fantastic from both a tour and educational perspective. Following these stops, we went to Yangshuo, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. All the travel went flawlessly and the accommodations were great!

The best part of our time in Guangxi province was the excellent guide- Wendy! If you ever have a chance to request a guide- please ask for Wendy! Guides make a big difference in how you learn and appreciate the travel. I have a LOT of experience with different guides- I lead study abroad trips every year. Wendy is informative, energetic, great with the students, flexible, and a joy to work with. We were able to request Wendy as our guide, whom we had two years before on our previous study abroad trip.

Overall, our experience with TCT, Janet Chan, and Wendy Zhang was exemplary.

Thank you Top China Travel for a fabulous visit to your wonderful country.
I was apprehensive about visiting China, but thoroughly enjoyed our travels if this beautiful country.
What made the trip was having a guide in 4 of the 5 cities we visited.
Our guides meet us at the airport, took us to our accommodation, picked us up for our daily activities, returned us back to our accommodation and made invaluable recommendations for our evenings. Then made sure we not only got back to the airports, but ensured we had the right terminals, flights and saw is right through to customs.
Having a guide made sure we went to the best sights, at the best times to avoid the queues, getting tickets in advance, making sure we got the best photo opportunities in the best places. And all with informative information about sights and history.
If we had tried to see what we saw on our own, we would have missed so much and spent a long time trying to find it all.
Thank you to Jeremy in Guilin. It was great to get out into the country side and see the hard working farmers tendering their crops, and witness up close the celebration of families remembering their departed families.
To Linda in Beijing. Your warm manner as you taught us about the history of your country, and accepting the challenges of walking the steepest section of the wall with us. Thank you.
Olivia in Xian, the Terra Cotta soldiers was awesome and your making sure we went to government stores so we we're not ripped off, when we brought a soldier and tea.
And Summer in Zhangjiajie, the glass bridge, the glass pathway on the side of the stairway to heaven and your lovely singing. Thank-you for a wonderful tour.
Our guides made our visit to China, a wonderful holiday, thank you all. We wish you well for your futures.
Kind regards from Leah, Angus, Cameron, Maree and Todd

From the moment we started planning this private tour trip our experience was very professional and accommodating. Our guides were first rate, the sites we saw were amazing and we are glad our guide in Beijing altered the days of our site seeing because of bad weather, so make sure we got to see everything we wanted. Saw many sites, had time to shop, and were not pressured into anything. We traveled with 7 family members ages 20 to 74 and there was something for everyone. Would highly recommend this tour company.

From my first contact with our tour operator Janet, I felt very comfortable that she would organise a great trip for us. She was very clear, professional and helpful in our correspondence. We visited Beijing, Pinghao, Xian, Guilin and Shangai and everything was organised in the most perfect way! Also the guides we had along our trip were very good, helpful and flexilble and they all spoke English very well (sometimes a problem in Asia). I highly recommendvTop China Travel and Janet. Many thanks for the services...

We were apprehensive of booking the trip to china through a travel agency in China. But we found Maggie, our travel co-ordinator to be extremely helpful n co-operative. We had arranged for a 12 day private tour of Beijing, Xian, Shanghai & Hong Kong. The tour guides and drivers were good. Especially in Beijing, we had Annie as our guide. And she was so friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed her company. In Xian, we had Sherry who was also gud enough. In Shanghai, we had Nathan who was good but Annie had set our expectations higher. We had asked for Indian Vegetarian food for lunch everywhere and we really surprised by the good Indian food available there. Hotel Novotel Beijing, Skytel in Xian, Sunrise on the Bund in Shanghai & Park hotel in Hong Kong were all very gud. Specially in Shanghai n Hong Kong, there were better vegetarian options in breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful stress-free trip to China and we wud surely recommend TCT to others.

From the moment we were met at the airport by our friendly and accommodating guide, Eric and our driver, Mr Wong, we knew we were in for a great visit. Both gentlemen made our satisfaction their priority. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven and the highlight... The Great Wall. It was a fantastic stay !

We are from Argentina. We have just returned from China where we used TCT services. From the very beginning Janet has been extremely kind and attentive. We have interchanged lots of mails with her, trying to arrange the trip, and she always answered them with the same kindness and responsibility. Our drivers and guides, Liu and Enrique in Beijing, and Angela and her driver in Xi'an have been really WONDERFUL !! Every detail has been perfect. They did every single item they had promised. As it was our wedding anniversary we have been received with flowers and heart chocolates !! Our experience with Top China and especially with Janet, couldn't have been better. For us, their service has been EXCELLENT or even more !!!! Thanks a lot Janet and staff of guides and drivers for making our trip so wonderful !! THANK YOU,THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!!! Nos fue maravillosamente bien con Top China Travel. Janet super amable y bien predispuesta para ayudarnos a tener un viaje de ensueño. Nos han cumplido con todo lo prometido y aún más. I come from Poland and I visited China with a 60 pax group to China last month. Janet was in charge of all the arrangement of our group in China. She stayed with our group throughout our stay and she was with us to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. She was very helpful and all the arrangement was very well and especially in emergency situations - someone got lost, missing luggage The entire stay in China was wonderfull. I hope it shortly to come back here with my family :-) I am pleased to recommend to everyone Top China Travel and Janet’s service . Rich55

We have just returned from a very satisfying trip to China. One of the highlights was the lovely city of Guilin. We had no idea that this would be such a pleasant spot in which to stroll around and enjoy the bridges and walkways. The temperature was comfortable and we felt at home walking around the park, footbridges, and along the lakes. Helen and Jim from Canada

We booked a trip with Janet at TCT during February 2017. The trip needed to be tailored to our needs.... few days in Beijing, few days in Xian and a few days in QuFu (Shandong Province) where we were visiting our son. The help and service received from Janet and TCT were outstanding. Recommended, and we will definitely use Janet on our next trip to China. All guides were fine, and for individual trips we had transfers arranged, and they were always on time and excellent drivers. Thank you Janet and TCT.
