I must apologize for not sending you this note sooner, pertaining to the pleasant and professional experience that I had with Jaent in planning our upcoming trip to China. I have never dealt with anyone who is so thoughtful and efficient in planning an itinerary for any trip my wife and I have taken.

We recently returned from China. They had booked the trip through your company. We were so impressed that we started the process of planning our trip without giving thought to all the things that we wanted to see. 

Jaent is very much an asset to your company, and we are looking forward to our trip. I wish I could meet Janet to thank her for the excellent service and interest that she took to insure that we have a trip of a lifetime.
