Post Time: Mar 08 2012 By Vanessa Li

Jiuzhaigou – Huanglong Scenic Area enjoys the international fame as “world in fairy tales”, boasting the extremely picturesque landscapes on the Earth. With a height between 1980 meters and 3100 meters above the sea level, the hottest month is July with an average temperature of 17 C; while the coldest month is January with an average temperature of 3 C.

♦ The best time to Jiuzhaigou
Most people will choose the late Spring and the Autumn to Jiuzhaigou, especially in Aprils, Mays, Septembers, and Octobers. It is all right for them to catch the charms of Jiuzhaigou.

I think the most beautiful scenes in Jiuzhaigou lies in the late Autumn, the mid October. During this time, leaves are multi-colored in green, gold, and bright red. All of these leaves are reflected in the countless lakes,

Some people prefer the quiet winter which will bring them into the nature completely. During this time, the shops are closed, the roads are clean, it is almost like a holy land formed of lakes, waterfalls, and frozen springs.

♦ Remarks:
The big temperature range in a day may ask people to pack a thick coat even in the summer days. And also, summer is the rainy season so that it will be better to carry an umbrella.

♦ Tips for taking photos in Jiuzhaigou

Without to say, Jiuzhaigou is the paradise to take photos. Some one describes the lakes in Jiuzhaigou as “any other lakes in the world will be overshadowed if you have seen the splendid lakes in Jiuzhaigou”. The lakes in Jiuzhaigou are changeable just like a palette of a painter. They wake up in spring, get fresh in summer, become fantastic in autumn, while get clear in winter. So the main roles in your Jiuzhaigou photos will be the lakes.
