One Day Shanghai to Yangshan Port Tour

In the morning after breakfast, your tour guide will pick up you from hotel around 9:00. After about 1.5 hours driving, we will firstly arrive to the Donghai Bridge - the first sea-crossing bridge in the China. After that, have another 30min driving and around 11:00, we may get to the highlight of this day - Yangshan Deep-water Port. From now, we will have a short hiking trip in the Yangshan scenic area including Shilong Part, Dazhitou Part, and Xiaoyanjiao Part. With about 1 hour sightseeing, we will get to the peak of the hill in the scenic area and have a grand view of the Donghai Bridge and Yangshan Deep-water Port. After lunch around 13:30, drive to Dishui Lake which is the representative project located in the Shanghai New City area. After this visit around 15:00. Drive back to your hotel. And you may arrive to the downtown around 17:00 and finish today’s service.

Donghai Bridge, sometimes called East Sea Grand Bridge, is the first sea-crossing bridge in the China. It was the longest cross-sea bridge in the world until Hangzhou Bay Bridge opened on 1 May 2008. Donghai Bridge is designed into an S-shaped because of the safety issue. It starts at Shanghai Luchao Harbor, and crosses the open sea to the Phase I junction of Xiaoyangshan Harbor.



Yangshan Deep Water Port, located in Shanghai China, ranks as the largest cargo port in the world. Yangshan port is a new port in Hangzhou Bay south of Shanghai. Built to circumvent growth limitations for the Port of Shanghai as a result of shallow waters, it allows berths with depths of up to 15 metres to be built, and is capable of handling the largest container ships today.



Dishui Lake is a landmark project in the main urban area of Shanghai Lingang New City. The main urban area is the urban comprehensive life service area with 5.6 km² Dishui Lake as its center. And Dishui Lake is the existing largest artificial freshwater lake in China.

1. There is no allowance for tourists to get into the port inside for sightseeing purpose. Only visitors with offical documents issued by governments can get into it. 
2. The platform ensures to see the far away view of the whole bridge and the port, while no inside scene of the port can be seen from there.
3. As there is few restaurants in this area, so meal is not included and should be on your own arrangement.
