Tangyuan is small dumpling balls, or sweet soup ball, made of glutinous rice flour with sesame, bean paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil etc, as filling. The making method of sweet-scented osmanthus Tangyuan is exquisite. Adding enough water and honey into sticky rice, and then knead and mix them together and make them a big a small rice ball.
