Walk through the square and explore Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. And then hike to Jingshan Park, where gives a nice panoramic view of the Forbidden City at the top of Coal Hill. Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and visit Temple of Heaven. After that, step into the Hutong nearby which is pure without any commercial atmosphere. Explore the Hutong culture and be a real Beijinger for a while. After lunch, drive to Qianmen Street. During the Qing Dynasty, there were many specialized outlets on either side of Qianmen Street. Besides, Dangdang Che (trams) is also worthy of being mentioned. You can spend the afternoon leisurely. The calligraphy lesson will be arranged and you will be taught how to write a couple of Chinese characters. After that visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you will have chance to watch the North plaza fountain show. There is also the option to attend fantastic Tang Dynasty Show.

Day 7 Xian Shanghai

Tour will be started from Bell tower, the center of ancient Xian. Walk to Kaitong Lane which is leading to the foot of the wall. Visit Xian Han Guang Entrance Remains Museum and it is the gate of Chinese history and the starting point of Silk Road. After that, step on the Ancient City Wall, one of the oldest and best preserved Chinese city walls as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.  Continue hike to De Fu Alley and get back to Xian downtown. After lunch, visit Muslim Quarter which is a fantastic place to wander. visit Gao Grand Courtyard and watch the most traditional Shadow Puppet performance. Fly to Shanghai in the late afternoon, upon arrival, be met by our guide and transferred to your hotel.

In the morning, visit Shanghai Fuxing Park to feel the peaceful time while seeing the local people dancing and doing morning exercises. And then walk into the Shikumen, which is the most typical buildings reflecting the old Shanghai. After that, pay a visit to Jing An Temple, which is an ancient Buddhist temple with a history of more than 700 years. In the afternoon, drive to Pudong area and get on the Maglev train for round ways journey. The train runs 430km per hour at maximum and you should never skip it. And then, reach the Lujiazui CBD new area and enjoy leisure walking on the Riverside Promenade. In conclusion, visit Shanghai Financial Centre 100th floor for a panoramic view of Shanghai city.

Enjoy leisure tour today and discovery Xian old city on foot and find the diachronic ancient walls. The hiking tour will be started from Bell tower, the center of ancient Xian. It is the largest bell tower in structure and best-preserved one in China.  Then walk to Kaitong Lane which is leading to the foot of the wall. This lane used to be the foot of the east wall of Ancient Xi'an. Passing by Shu Yuan Men, which is the top institution in Ming and Qing dynasty and one of the four most famous colleges. Stopover at Shun Cheng Alley and take a cup of coffee at the local bar, where is just at the foot of Xian Ancient Wall. Visit Xian Han Guang Entrance Remains Museum and it is the gate of Chinese history and the starting point of Silk Road. After that, step on the Ancient City Wall, one of the oldest and best preserved Chinese city walls as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.  Continue hike to De Fu Alley, which becomes a portrayal of the old city in fast development and reflecting Xian ancient culture and the modern. Get back to Xian downtown after lunch, and visit Muslim Quarter which is a fantastic place to wander. All shops and restaurants in the street are operated by Muslims. Finally walk into Gao Grand Courtyard and watch the most traditional Shadow Puppet performance.
