 All tour fare is in US dollar and is based on tariffs and rates if currency exchange in effect at the time of publishing on topchinatravel.com. These rates are subject to changes without prior notice.

Your tour fare is guaranteed once TopChinaTravel receive the full payment. Only currency surcharges or flight schedule changes which require additional nights and costs to be added to the package will result in reassessment to any traveller. |

Mentioned domestic air transportation in economy class with airport tax and fuel surcharge. The tax and surcharge are subject to change at any time.

Private transfers between airports/railway stations, hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.

Hotel or cruiser accommodation based on two adults sharing one standard twin-bed room/cabin; a client who travels alone or desires to is required to pay a single supplement rate. A single room is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost; if the recommended hotel is not available, it will be substituted by a similar one.
- Meals (breakfast, Chinese lunch and dinner) as specified in the itinerary table marked with ¡®B/L/D'.

Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included in the cruise fee as well as the cruise shore excursion in groups and daily activities. The arrangements are subject to the different cruiser companies and subject to change without prior notice.
- One driver and one English-speaking guide on normal sightseeing activities in each destination.

All entrance fees to scenic spots as shown in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by local tour guides based on the local circumstances which are beyond the control of TopChinaTravel. TCT will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.

Deposit & Final Payment

Early bookings refer to bookings made more than 45 days before the departure date . A deposit of 35% of the total tour fare is due if you make an early booking. The balance (65%) will be charged when TopChinaTravel confirms your booking. The deadline for full payment will be 15 days prior to departure date from your country. You are requested to fax a copy of the bank transaction receipts or stubs to 0086-773-2805303 to ensure the booking. If the payment is by credit card, please fill out the TCT on-line Credit Card Authorization Form. If your payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be subject to cancellation.

Credit Card

By choosing this way, the client will receive a Credit Card Authorization Form sent through e-mail. Then he/she should fill out the form, and fax it back to us at 86-773-2805303 with a copy of both sides of their credit card.
Please note that a handling fee is charged by banks for every transaction. The amount is varied from bank to bank. Hence, besides the invoiced price, an extra 3% will be charged as the handling fee for credit card payment.
