How to Book

 
Booking Process
 

Step One>> Selecting the itineraries from China Tours part, and see whether it is fit for the clients. The price at the bottom of itinerary page you see after logging in with your member ID is the net price without commission . If you desire to become TCT Member agent before the reservation, please click to register. Meanwhile, please read the Terms & Conditions and How to Pay parts carefully. If you have any questions about what you read just click the Live Help button at your left-hand side to ask your questions there.

 
Step Two>> Clicking I Book This Tour Now button to submit your request or Need to be tailor-made button to gain customize service. The submission indicates that you have read TCT Terms & Conditions and accepted them all. You'll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day. Click to learn about China's Public Holiday .
 
Step Three>> Read the revised itinerary and quotation we sent to you carefully, and discuss the possibility and price with our sales to see if there is anything need to be changed. Contact with the sales to amend the tour by email or telephone until the clients completely satisfy with the plan.
 
Step Four>> Confirm the acceptance with sales and pay the deposit. Early confirmation is highly appreciated
 

Step Five >>Upon receiving the deposit, we'll start to secure the booking. All the proposed hotels, flights are available at the time when we are proposing for you, but are not able to guarantee the availabilities of the above proposals until we have secured the booking after receiving your confirmation of your acceptance of our proposal. If we are not be able to book what we have proposed for you, we will give you other alternative options and ask for your approval before securing the booking.

 

Step Six>> After confirming the booking, we'll start to charge.

 
Step Seven >>Receive the final confirmation and tour voucher.

Alteration & Cancellation
 

Alteration before payment is and free of charge. In the process of travel, any extra payment caused by clients' changes will be added. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Written notice of cancellation must be received by TopChinaTravel either by email or fax. Oral cancellation by phone will not be accepted. The cancellation refund is as follow:

30 days before the scheduled date of departure
Get FULL refund
15-30 days before the scheduled date of departure
Deduct 5% from the full refund
7-15 days before the scheduled date of departure
Deduct 30% from the full refund
2-7 days before the scheduled date of departure
Deduct 50% from the full refund
Within 24 hours before the scheduled date of departure
Deduct 100% from the full refund
In the process of the travel
Get NO refund unless it is agreed by TCT
 
In addition to the above stated cancellation refund, if the ticket of airlines, cruises or trains have already been issued of final confirmation has been received at the time of cancellation (regardless of the number of days prior to departure), the clients will be assessed an additional airline, cruise , train or hotel cancellation penalty and service surcharge.
