 Breakfast
Generally breakfast is arranged at the hotels which the clients stay in. The clients can start their day off with the western breakfast (WBF) or American ones (ABF) in most of the big cities and developed tourism cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an and Guilin. The higher the hotel level is, the more food it will offer.
In remote areas, western food might be failed to offer, meanwhile, the Chinese breakfast (CBF) or Chinese-and-Western¨Cmixed will be served as the substitute. The following food might be included in Chinese-and-Western-mixed buffet: pastry and bread, cakes, cookies and other desserts, Chinese dim-sum, noodles and rice-noodles, boiled or fried eggs, chips, appetizers and salads, Chinese hot dishes, milk, coffee, tea and so on.
In most cases, our price of TWO sharing ONE standard room PER NIGHT will included the fee of breakfast offered by hotel for TWO.

 Lunch & Dinner
Lunch usually is woven into our daily arrangement, especially in the remote areas. As to the dinner, it is not included as often as the lunch. We intend to leave more time to the clients to explore local specialties themselves, which will make the itinerary more flexible and interesting. The settled lunch and dinner without your special requests are the Chinese food. Your guests will enjoy their lunch and dinner in the restaurants or hotels authorized by local tourism bureaus. In line with food sanitation and security for each international friend, China National Tourism Administration has carried out a strict regulation on meals. We arrange the meals in those restaurants in big cities or main tourism cities based on the regulation and the standard as follows:

 Tips of Dinning in China
Chinese people are fond of eating and Chinese food boasts one of the world's greatest cuisines. An important shining point of China's cultural heritage is Chinese cuisine which has a long history. As a result, one of the wonderful experiences you will have when traveling in China is the abundant array of delicious and inexpensive food. Chinese local cuisine is characterized by fine selection of ingredients, particular care to the amount of fire, and balance in nourishment. Different geographical locations, climates, historical factors and eating habits of different places have contributed to local flavor and dishes, which attract gourmets from around the world.
Western Fast food joints like McDonald', KFC and PIZZAHUT are also popular in China . You will enjoy the true western food in some elegant restaurants in big cities as well. Hotels rated at or above three-star offer the American Buffet to guests as breakfast.
Here are several differences in custom that your clients should be aware of when eating in a Chinese restaurant.
| |
First of all, there are no taxes or tipping. You need only pay the stated price of the meal and no more. |
| |
Secondly people don't normally order dishes individually in China . If you're eating with a friend or a group it is better for your friends or the host to decide on what dishes you want together. All the dishes are placed in the middle of the table, sometimes on a rotating platform, and each person takes food from the dishes using their chopsticks or spoon and places it in their individual bowl to eat. |
| |
Thirdly, there usually is no splitting the bill when Chinese people eat out. Instead one person will volunteer to pay for the entire meal. If you do try to pay for your own portion of the meal instead of letting one person pay the whole thing, your Chinese friends might be very offended. You can choose to take his treat next meal as return but do not try to share the bill this time. |
| |
Fourthly, if you do not like to eat certain kinds of food, you will tell it to your friends or host in advance. Since some Chinese people prefer to serve you with wild animals in local restaurants, such as dog, cat and pigeon, you should tell them before the ordering. |
| |
Finally, when you are eating, Chinese people will keep on persuade you to having more food and wines all the times to show their enthusiasm and hospitality. If you are really full, you can thank them and explain in a moderate expression. |
