The return buses from Simatai to Miyuan Bus Station depart at 9:00, 10:00, 14:00 and 16:00. Or you can take No.980 to Miyun West Bridge Stop, and then transfer to local public bus Mi No.37, Mi. No.50 or Mi No.51 and get off at Simatai Village Stop and walk to Gubeishui Town. Or you can charter a van with other people, it is more free for tourists to discuss the leaving time with driver, so you can have more time to visit.

 

Gubei Water Town, or Beijing Wtown, located at Simatai Village, Gubeikou Town, Miyun County, and it is at the foot of Simatai Great Wall, is Beijing northeast portal. It is 120 km away from downtown Beijing, 98 kilometers away from the capital airport, 60 km away from Miyun county city, 80 km away from Chengde city.

 

In general, tourists can visit Simatai Great Wall and Gubei Water Town in one day. The opening time of Simatai Great Wall is 08:00-17:30, and the opening time of Gubei Water Town is 08:00-17:00. 4. For visitors who purchase of Gubei Water Town tickets, if you need to visit the Great Wall, also need to be subject to the Great Wall current-limiting management.
