Well noted that you are planning to visit Putuoshan Island and hope to know how to get to Putuoshan Island from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG).

Please be advised as below,

►Take Yacht from Luchao Port to Putuoshan Island

Luochao Port is about 27 km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, but tourists need to take airport shuttle bus or Maglev to Longyang station, where tourists need to walk for 50-100 meter to take Longyang Subway Station, to take Metro Long Xing Lu Line (龙新芦线) to Luchao Port (芦潮港）
There are 2 speedboats every day at 09:30 and 10:00 to Putuoshan Island. According to the schedule, tourists might need to overnight in Shanghai for one night.

► Take Water-Land Transportation

1. Tourists could stay in Shanghai for one night, then go to Shanghai Nanpu Bridge, under whichd tourists could take direct bus to Luchao Port, from where take the speedboat to Putuoshan Island as mentioned in the above. This one is more suitable and convenient than the above one. 

2. Take bus from Shanghai to Zhujiajian Pier to take speedbaot to Putuoshan Island.

►Take Long-distance Bus to Shenjiamen(沈家门), Zhoushan, Ningbo

Tourists take Airport Shuttle Bus Line 7  to Shanghsi South Bus Station, from which you need to take long-distance coach to Shenjiamen. 
The Bus departs every 1 hour from 07: 20 to 19:10 every day.
Then tourist could take speedboat to Putuoshan Island, which takes about 20 minutes.
