I do intend to visit China with my wife for 11 days tour. Did I need visa in case? Where to apply? Can I get visa on arrival at China or have to pre obtain before departing India?

Can I get visa on arrival at China or have to pre obtain before departing India?
A: Generally you need to pre obtain the visa before you depart India. But I am not sure about this question because you need to find the official answer from the China embassy in India.
