Dear David,

I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to send you a note to say again what a wonderful experience we had in China thanks to your exceptional tour guides. Ivy provided an excellent service during our time in Beijing and she was always attentive to our needs and she was also very knowledgeable about all of the interesting history of the region. Also, the driver in Beijing, Mr. Wong, was great and had a terrific attitude. Snow was also very nice and helpful in Shanghai and even went to the airport to get our ipad when our children left it on the airplane.

Finally, I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that IRIS provided to our family during the final phase of our tour. Each day she was with us from the beginning to the end of the day. Travelling with Iris felt more like we were travelling with a good friend whom we had known for many years than travelling with a guide who we had just met. She really went far and beyond her normal duties to make our experience a wonderful one and thus we learned about China through living each moment. As a result of this, we feel more like we lived locally in China as opposed to just visiting for a few weeks.

It was a pleasure to meet you also and we appreciate all of the wonderful snacks you brought us. We will be posting positive comments on travel websites and in the event that any of our friends are thinking about travelling to China, we will absolutely recommend Top China Travel to them.
