China Chongqing International Investment and Global Sourcing Fair

China Chongqing International Investment and Global Sourcing Fair provides a platform for western region to participate in the process of economic globalization and to carry out multiple forms of economic and trade cooperation.

The CCISF is an important trade and economic activity which is held in the key moment when the global financial crisis continued to impact on the world economy. Chinas economy is in response to the international financial crisis and maintains stable and rapid development.

The fair function role is more and more prominent. Over 380 multinational corporations from the United States, Britain, Germany, Italy, Russia, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and other 40 countries and areas, 890 large-scale domestic enterprises and more than 6000 small-and-medium-sized enterprise participants had enjoyed this activity. The visitors had reached 30 million. In this fair, 349 investment projects of 150 billion were signed. Buyers both at home and abroad supplied 7.5 billion purchasing list. After negotiation on spot, 853 pairs cooperation intention had reached amount of 481 million U.S. dollars.

Meanwhile, over 20 seminars, promotion conferences and docking activities were held during the event. Its size, grade and effectiveness had reached a high record, becoming a leading domestic large-scale international exhibition in West China. The fair has been highly appreciated and well accepted by the Ministry of Commerce, various national authorities and participants.
