Dongsi (东四), literally, the "Eastern Four" or the "Eastern Quadrangle", is in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Xisi (西四), literally, the "Western Four" or the "Western Quadrangle", is in Xicheng District, Beijing. These hutong areas built in Yuan Dynasty. After 700 years’ wind and rain, they have been still kept the same setup as the original ways. Along the lanes, old gates stand there one next one, vintage style shops sit between each other. When cycling in these lanes, it is more like cycling to the past.

Shichahai (什刹海) is an historic scenic area consisting of three lakes in the north of central Beijing in China. They are located to the north-west of the Forbidden City and north-west of the Beihai Lake. Shichahai consists of the following three lakes: Qianhai (前海), Xihai (西海) and Houhai (后海). In imperial times it was called the Riverbank (河沿).

After a 2-hour cycling, you will have a visit to local family dwelling in hutong. Also, a Chinese dumpling making course will be arranged in hutong. During the course, you can learn how to make dumpling. After learning, you will enjoy the dumpling you made as the lunch of this day.

After the meal, be transferred back to your hotel and tour ends.
