Today, you will take a city tour of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall, Temple of Chen Family, Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Shamian Island. If you wanna take a different view of this city, you can choose the Pearl River Cruise as your optional night entertainment (at your own expense).

Day 3

Guangzhou    Shenzhen
In the morning, you will take a train to Shenzhen (about 1 hour by D-train). Then begin your explore of Shenzhen. Firstly, you will visit the Splendid China, which is a comprehensive miniature park reflecting the history, culture, art, ancient architecture, and customs and habits of various nationalities in China. After that, you will have a short tour to China Folk Culture Village.

Shenzhen    Hong Kong
Today, you will leave Shenzhen for Hong Kong, this busy, fashionable but still very traditional city. You will first be transferred to Shenzhen Airport then take the direct bus from there to Hong Kong. On arrival, you will be greeted at the bus station by your tour guide and transferred to hotel. Enjoy your own free time for the rest of the day.

In the morning, your local guide will meet you at your hotel lobby then accompany you for the one day Macau experience tour. You will first be transferred to the pier and take a jet boat to Macau (45 minutes riding). On arrival, enjoy your relaxing tour there, which covers the classic sites in Macau that including the Ruins of St. Paul's, A-Ma Temple, Maritime Museum and Golden Lotus Square. If you are interested, you can also go to Casino and have a try. In the late afternoon, take jet boat back to Hong Kong.

Guangzhou is a civilized ancient city with a history of more than 2200 years, the same age as the ancient city of Rome in Italy. It was also the earliest trade port in China that opened to the world and was the starting port of the “silk road” on the sea since the Han and Tang Dynasties. The city is now the capital of Guangdong province, you can see there ultra-modern hotels and office blocks rub shoulders with traditional temples, wet markets and historic buildings.
 

Day 2

Guangzhou
Today, you will take a city tour of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall, Temple of Chen Family, Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Shamian Island. If you wanna take a different view of this city, you can choose the Pearl River Cruise as your optional night entertainment (at your own expense).

Temple of the Six Banyan TreesDr. Sun Yat-sen’s Memorial Hall is one of the most important historic buildings in Canton. It is built to honor Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the great architect of Chinese revolution. The hall was constructed between 1929 and 1931, on the site of the former Presidential Palace.

Temple of Chen Family is one of the most culturally unique complexes in Southern China. Built in the 1890s, the complex is comprised of 19 buildings which are known for great decorations, woodcarvings, and iron castings and so on.

With the famous Thousand-Buddha Pagoda standing in the temple, the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees (Liurong si) enshrines three Buddhist statuses in its Grand Hall, which were cast in the Qing Dynasty in 1663. In the Sixth Ancestor Hall, visitors can find a copper statue of Huineng, the sixth founder of a sect of Buddhism.  

Shamian Island is a sandbank island in the Liwan District of Guangzhou city. The territory was divided into two concessions given to France and the United Kingdom by the Qing Dynasty government in the 19th century. The island is a historical area that serves as a tranquil reminder of the colonial European period, with quiet pedestrian avenues flanked by trees and lined by historical buildings in various states of upkeep. The island now is the location of several hotels, a youth hostel, restaurants and tourist shops selling curios and souvenirs.

The Pearl River is the third longest river in China and the night cruise out of Guangzhou is an excursion no to be missed. Originating from Bai'etan, the boat will take you east to Guangzhou Bridge and south to Baihe Cave. On this leisure and romantic two-hour trip, you will see millions of lights of the city and colorfully-decorated lanterns shining along the river.
 

Day 3

Guangzhou    Shenzhen
In the morning, you will take a train to Shenzhen (about 1 hour by D-train). Then begin your explore of Shenzhen. Firstly, you will visit the Splendid China, which is a comprehensive miniature park reflecting the history, culture, art, ancient architecture, and customs and habits of various nationalities in China. After that, you will have a short tour to China Folk Culture Village.

Splendid ChinaShenzhen, the one-time small fishing village, was singled out by the then Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping in 1978 to be developed into a Special Economic Zone. Apart from its rapid commercial development, it is named the “International Green City” in the Green Oscars in 2000 and has become the most popular weekend escape for Hong Kong people. Shenzhen is the sister city of Brisbane, Australia since 1992.

Splendid China & Folk Culture Village is a comprehensive miniature park reflecting the history, culture, art, ancient architecture, and customs and habits of various nationalities in China. It is one of the world's largest scenery parks in the amount of scenarios reproduced. It is located by the Shenzhen Bay in a tourist area of Oversea Chinese Town in Shenzhen. It is a 35-40 minute train ride from Lohu metro station (Line 1 of Shenzhen Metro), or 30 minutes by bus.

Over 100 major tourist attractions have been miniaturized and laid out according to the map of China. Most attractions have been reduced on a scale of 1:15. It is divided into Scenic Spot Area and Comprehensive Service Area. The entire park covers 30 hectares. There are cars and trains to transport visitors around the park, making it possible to visit the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Three Gorges Dam, Potala Palace and the Terracotta Army in one day.

Shenzhen    Hong Kong
Today, you will leave Shenzhen for Hong Kong, this busy, fashionable but still very traditional city. You will first be transferred to Shenzhen Airport then take the direct bus from there to Hong Kong. On arrival, you will be greeted at the bus station by your tour guide and transferred to hotel. Enjoy your own free time for the rest of the day.

Bird View from Victoria PeakVictoria Peak is Hong Kong’s premier visitor attraction, providing magnificent harbor and city views. You will experience the dazzling panorama of Hong Kong Island, the Victoria Harbor, the Kowloon Peninsula and hills beyond. By night, you are thrilled to the neon-light skyline. What’s more, the Peak offers visitors a multitude of fantastic entertainment, dining and shopping options.

Aberdeen is also located on the southern side of Hong Kong Island. It is home to hundreds of people living on fishing junks. The traditional lifestyle is dramatically juxtaposed against a modern high-rise community that spreads up the nearby hillsides. To get a close-up look at the Aberdeen way of life, many visitors take a sampan ride. In the evenings, any others prefer to take in the view from the floating seafood restaurant anchored there.

The wide and wave-lapped beach - Repulse Bay is popular with locals and visitors alike and great for sandy strolls early morning or at sunset when all is at peace. As well as sun, sea and sand, there are plenty of diversions nearby. The former colonial style Repulse Bay Hotel and the ornate Life Guard Club built in traditional Chinese style is all there for you to explore.
Stanley Market in the southern side of Hong Kong Island is a place to find silk garments, sportswear, art, Chinese costume jewellery, other souvenirs and a host of fantastic bargain. A trip to Stanley would not be complete without comprises a six-story shopping center. Right next to it is Murray House-former British army officers’ quarters, now houses the Hong Kong Maritime Museum and various dinning outlets.

In the morning, your local guide will meet you at your hotel lobby then accompany you for the one day Macau experience tour. Ruins of St. Paul’sOne of the most classic tourism sites in Macau, the Ruins of St. Paul’s, somehow, can be considered the landmark of Macau. Firstly completed at the year 1580, the church of St. Paul its architecture combined Renaissance-style and oriental-style in harmonious way. Experienced the baptism of fire for three times, this well decorated and furnished church been destroyed and only the stone facade can tell people its brilliant glories in the old times.

A-Ma Temple or Mazu Temple, as the oldest religious temples in Macau, it have a history of over 500-year, which can be dated back to 1488, even before the city of Macau came into being. In ancient times, people believed that Mazu was the “Goddess of the Sea” and the “Protector of Fishermen”, so they built this solemn temple to show their devout. This construction been made of 4 main parts: the Stone Palace, the Prayer Hall, the Hall of Benevolence and the Hall of Kuan Yin. The temple has been listed in the World Heritage record in 2005.

Been completed at the year of 1987, just opposite to A-Ma Temple, Maritime Museum is believed to be the very place where the Portuguese first landed. The shape of this museum is just like a sailing ship. It consists of the main building, the Fishermen Hall, the Maritime Hall and the Navigation Technology and Transportation Hall, the Aquarium. It just showed that, the Macau’s history always close connected to the sea.

A 6-meter tall large sculpture of "Lotus Flower in Full Bloom" unveils its beauty on the joint area of 3 main streets, which aimed to celebrate the return of sovereignty of Macau in 1999. This area hence the name Golden Lotus Square or Lotus Square, becomes a newly tourism spots.

The golden lotus made of gilded bronze and weights 6.5 tons, the major part of it, with 16 components in total, is composed of a stem, petals and pistil. The base of the flower consists of 23 pieces of red granite.
